The problem with being unable to transfer pictures from camera to computer was the cable for the camera/USB port; the new one arrived in the mail today and it worked on the first try. I wish I could bill the help desk geek at Kodak for the $6.42 (which included shipping and handling) that it took to solve the problem since 30 minutes or so of his time was absolutely worthless.

Three posts in one day, that has to be a record for me.
