Micah (looking at the TV a close-up, side profile headshots of two guys on 'Royal Pains'):  Mommy, are all people's ears the same size?

Me: No, a lot of people have ears that look about the same, and most people have big ears, but all ears are a little bit different if you look at them closely.  And your ears are just perfect the way they are, but remember how we talked about if one day when you are older, if you wanted big ears, Mommy and Daddy would help find a doctor to do it?

Micah:  No, I don't want big ears.  I don't like going to the hospital.  I like all the people who work at the hospital and help people, but I don't like going to the hospital.

Me:  OK.  Go to sleep, little creep, little creep. Good night.
