Does she know that the stethoscope is not in her ears?  Even I know where the earpieces go.

Meanwhile the little doctor is off to see the big doctor on Wednesday to see what's up with his ear canal.  Will the sponge get removed, and if removed, replaced?  Or will he be free of it, for now?
